About the RoleOur client is seeking a seasoned Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established practice in Queenstown .
This role is crucial for translating architectural concepts into detailed, buildable technical documentation.
You will lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and constructability.
Working closely with architects and contractors, you will be instrumental in bringing designs to life.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to significant projects within the Eastern Cape and to mentor junior team members, upholding the firm's reputation for quality and precision in architectural delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction details using Revit and AutoCAD.Ensure designs adhere to all applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants,
