Casual and permanent arrangements are available.Key responsibilitiesRun a caseload of construction, security of payment,



strata and property matters under the principal's supervisionAdvise clients on building contracts, payment disputes, defects and strata issuesPrepare adjudication applications and adjudication responsesDraft advice, correspondence, pleadings, affidavits and submissionsAppear across various jurisdictionsBuild and maintain client relationships and contribute to business developmentThe successful candidateAdmitted as a solicitor in NSW, with 1 to 3 years PQEExperience in construction, strata, property or litigation (preferred)A strong work ethic and a high standard of accuracyClear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including direct client contactAble to manage a varied workload and consistently meet deadlinesWhat we offerCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceCareer progression as the practice growsDirect supervision and mentoring from the principalCasual, part-time or full-time arrangementsOn-site role at our Parramatta office
