About the RoleOur client is seeking a proactive and empathetic Remote HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee relations to join their virtual team supporting operations in Queenstown and beyond.
This role is critical for fostering a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting fair HR practices.
You will work independently to provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and organizational health.
This is an ideal position for an HR professional who excels in remote communication and has a deep understanding of employee dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law interpretations.Develop and deliver training on topics such as workplace conduct, diversity,



and inclusion.Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms in a remote setting.Support the implementation of HR programs and policies to ensure fair and consistent application.Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a significant portion dedicated to employee relations .
