Primary Location VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St Job Description Summary Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Advanced Metering About the Role Service Stream's Utilities division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Advanced Metering.Nature of position: Permanent Full-timeLocation: Collins St, Melbourne (Versatile work arrangements available)Reporting Line: Scheduling & Performance ManagerThe purpose of this position is to ensure all aspects of work orders across multiple contracts are scheduled, attended and completed at the end of each business day.
Ensuring compliance with client, retailer, and AEMO requirements.
The role provides day-to-day scheduling, allocation, support and coordination with customers and field teams, contributing to a high standard of work, service quality, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation in relevant systems for work orders as proposed by client and available capacitySchedule work orders with customers via phone and / or email to arrange access for our workforceCoordinate all inductions, pre approvals, and any additional requirements requested by the customerWorking efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databasesMaintain an organised and up to date database documenting all administrative tasks performedEnsure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client and customersIdentify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work ordersMaintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcingAttend weekly stakeholder and client meetings to deliver comprehensive scheduling progress reportsUndertake and complete any other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Performance ManagerStrong focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing the client's expectationsSkills and ExperienceMinimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling roleKnowledge of the electricity industry in Australia desiredProfessional and confident talking to commercial customersIntermediate competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent organisational and administration skillsHigh level attention to detailAble to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential informationAbout us Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX-listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential services networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
