Our Rydalmere site is home to our Project House, where we blend and pack the premix powders that go into our products.About the role:We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production in our Project House.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll run a small team of production casuals and make sure every batch is blended, packed and labelled correctly, safely and on time.What you'll do:Set up and operate blending, heat-sealing and printing equipmentInspect raw ingredients against work ordersPre-weigh ingredients accurately for blendingPack premix products into a range of bag sizes as per work ordersMake sure all powder production follows company recipes, standards and proceduresTrain and coach production assistants in powder production, food safety and sanitationReport hazards and incidents,
