About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their organization, based in Queenstown .
This role is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily tasks, managing operational resources effectively, and supporting the broader operational team.
You will play a key part in implementing procedures, monitoring performance, and ensuring that operational targets are met.
This position is designed as a fully remote role, allowing the supervisor to manage and coordinate activities efficiently from any location.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment,



to optimise workflow.
Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an operations or supervisory role.
Proven ability to manage teams and oversee daily operational tasks.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
Proficiency in operations management software and remote collaboration tools.
Experience in a fully remote work workplace is advantageous.
