About the Role Be the face of our centre!
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll deliver a welcoming, professional experience to every member and guest-whether it's at the front desk, over the phone, or supporting programs and memberships.
What You'll Do Greet and assist customers as they enter the centreRespond to enquiries (memberships, programs, bookings)Process payments (EFTPOS, POS system)Support membership sales and toursHandle customer feedback and resolve issuesManage phone calls and bookingsComplete cash handling and end-of-day balancingKeep reception and centre areas clean and organisedWork collaboratively with your team What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skillsFriendly, positive and customer-focused attitudeAbility to stay calm in busy environmentsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsTeam player with a proactive mindsetPrevious customer service experience (advantageous) ️ Why Join Us?
