About the role
Day Shift (6am – 2pm) and Afternoon Shifts (2pm – 10pm) Available!!!
Moco Food Services is on the lookout for skilled knife hands, boners, and slicers who are ready to take the next step in their career by developing and honing their skills in portion cutting.
Based in our modern Wacol facility, you'll be part of a team that prides itself on precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.
You'll be working with quality beef and other proteins to prepare portioned cuts for some of the best chefs and venues across SE QLD and Northern NSW.
Key duties of the role include:
Portioning and slicing meat to customer specifications.
Trimming and prepping of primal
Maintaining high safety, hygiene, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a knife hand, boner, slicer, or in portion-controlled meat processing (beef experience highly regarded).




Strong knife skills and attention to yield and portion accuracy.
Availability for either day shift (6am–2pm) or afternoon shift (2pm–10pm).
Positive team-focused attitude, with reliability and attention to detail.
Experience operating portioning and meat processing machinery is advantageous.
Must have Full-Time Permanent Australian Work Rights.
