About You
Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
Writes and speak with ease
Possess prior Level 1/2 Helpdesk experience
Retain full unrestricted working rights
Your Duties
Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems
Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors
Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way




Scan and update records for IT equipment and assets
Make sure IT systems at desks are working properly
Full-time paid traineeship, earn while you learn (with no HECS debt)
Gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology
