Our projects demand clean, precise installs: in-slab and concealed services, architectural lighting, smart home systems, and switchboards finished to a premium standard.Most of your week will be on new builds.
When solar and battery jobs come in, you'll lead them as the accredited installer, with some maintenance work to fill gaps.

You'll report to our Operations Manager, with a clear path to running your own crew.Key responsibilitiesNew builds (primary focus, about *****% of your time)Carry out underground, in-slab, rough-in and fit-off on architectural homesRead plans, lighting layouts and specifications, and raise issues early with the Operations Manager and builderInstall switchboards, data, lighting control and smart home systems to a premium finishLead apprentices on site and keep work on programSolar and battery (as required, about *****%)Act as the accredited installer on grid-connected PV and battery installs,



meeting SAA and Clean Energy Regulator requirementsInstall to AS/NZS ****, AS/NZS **** and AS/NZS ****, with clean, well-planned cable runsComplete commissioning, testing, photos and STC documentation, and hand over to the customerSupervise apprentices on solar sites, including safe work at heightsMaintenance (occasional, about 10%)Fault finding, repairs and small upgrades for existing clientsPresent professionally in clients' homes and log any extras for approvalAcross all workTest and certify to AS/NZS **** and AS/NZS ****, and complete CoCs accuratelyLog variations in the job app before doing the workSubmit next-day materials lists by 2pm and keep the job app updated with notes, photos and timeLook after your van, stock and tools to our standardAbout youEssentialCurrent QLD electrical worker licence (unrestricted)Current SAA accreditation for grid-connected PV installation (design and battery endorsements highly regarded)3+ years post-trade experience, including residential new builds and service workWorking at heights, White Card, current CPR/LVR and a manual driver's licenceHigh standard of workmanship and pride in a neat, concealed finishReliable, organised, and comfortable leading apprenticesDesirableNSW electrical licence (or willingness to obtain one) for Northern NSW workExperience with architectural or luxury residential builds, in-slab conduit and smart home systemsExperience with job management apps such as ServiceM8 or FergusWhat we offerPay: $48–$55 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience and accreditationsBirthday Leave: Enjoy an additional day of paid leave to celebrate your birthdayHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays paid at overtime ratesVehicle: Fully stocked work van, fuel card and phoneTools and gear: Quality tools, test equipment, PPE and uniforms suppliedGrowth: A clear path to leading hand or solar lead as we grow, plus paid training for further endorsementsHigh-end, well-planned projects with builders who value quality
