With strong demand and major investment in new machinery, we're building a high‐performing production team to support our next phase of growth.We're seeking motivated Factory Hands / Machine Operators to join our Silverdale branch on a full‐time basis.
These roles are essential in ensuring our customers receive accurately manufactured products, on time, and in first‐class condition.Your work may include:Operating metal roll forming machinery to produce high‐quality outputsRunning production jobs to specification with robust attention to detailAssisting with loading customer orders and truck dispatchUnpacking incoming goods and restocking materialsGeneral factory and warehouse dutiesInterpreting drawings, job sheets, and production schedulesContributing to continuous improvement, including scrap and error reductionAbout you:You're mechanically minded, reliable,



and enjoy working in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
