This full time role requires an individual with strong culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).




Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.Experience in stock control is an advantage.Duties & Tasks:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards.Ensure food presentation and quality meet company expectations.Monitor inventory and minimise waste.Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, when needed.Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.V & G Capital Pty Ltd T/as Wildflower Macarthur
