About your new job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Processing and coding high volume of invoices
Handling and resolving supplier queries
Supplier reconciliations
Processing staff expenses and handling petty cash
Processing weekly and monthly payment runs
Master Data for supplier accounts
Assisting AR with entering credit applications
Ad -hoc administrative tasks as required within the wider finance team
About You




You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can work autonomously and manage vendors.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
Previous experience in a similar position with end-to-end responsibility
Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Exposure to large ERP Systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
