The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties: Chef:Prepare all dishes to our high standard consistently.Updating menu accordingly.Following food preparation process.Keeping records of inventory, placing order everyday depending on reservation.Supervising other kitchen staff, make sure all the staff members are following OH&S; and food hygiene rules.Creating weekly roster.Controlling stock level.Offering dishes outside the regular menu to meet customers dietary requirement with existing material.Training other kitchen staff.To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:Familiar with operating WOK, 50cmAdvanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service5 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environmentQualifications in commercial cookeryCert IV or higherFlexible availabilityStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsEffective communication skillsOverall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgetsCook:Operating Ovens, Grills, Deep Fryer, Slow Cooker and other cooking equipment.Peeling,
