Southern Steel QLD, Queensland's leading steel supplier and processing company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Storeperson to join our Mackay branch.As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for the warehousing and distribution of steel products, ensuring we meet the demands of our customers efficiently and safely.What You'll Do:Safely handle and distribute steel products using forklifts and overhead cranesAccurately pick, pack, unload, load, and stack materialsOperate machinery such as band saws when requiredPerform general warehouse duties,



maintaining a high standard of organizationFollow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for allWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is highly valuedValid forklift license (preferred)Crane license or experience with overhead gantry cranes (preferred but not essential)Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a high-energy environmentExcellent communication skills and a keen attention to detailA strong team player who can also work independently when requiredWhy Choose Southern Steel QLD?
