At NCCCA, we're looking for a passionate Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to create meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, purpose, and wellbeing to our residents.In this rewarding role, you'll design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs, social activities, special events, and community connections that enhance the quality of life of older people.
From group activities and themed celebrations to individual wellbeing initiatives, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming community where residents feel valued, connected, and empowered.Full-time position - Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pmBased within our Residential Aged Care Community at Jacaranda Grove in Cessnock.What You'll BringA genuine passion for supporting older peopleQualifications in Leisure & Health, or a related fieldExperience in aged care, community services,



or a similar environmentThe ability to conduct lifestyle assessments and develop resident-centred lifestyle care plansKnowledge of person-centred care and the importance of supporting resident choice, independence and wellbeingStrong communication, documentation and organisational skillsCreativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.Why Join Us?
