Bankstown Sports Club's La Piazza flagship restaurant is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team.
You will lead a large front‐of‐house service team, drive guest experiences and ensure smooth operations across restaurant and function services.You will report to the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in rostering, performance coaching and achieving revenue targets while maintaining RSA/RCG compliance.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
