Your role is all about delivering excellent food, great service and making sure every guest has an awesome experience.Depending on your experience and the position you are suited to, your role may include:Whip up culinary delights and prepare our burgers, sides and other menu items to Royal Stacks standardsEnsure food is prepared, cooked and presented consistentlyKeep the kitchen shipshape, clean and organisedFollow food safety, hygiene and quality proceduresAssist with food preparation,



stock rotation and general kitchen dutiesWork efficiently as part of the team during busy service periodsHelp ensure every dish is a flavour-packed masterpieceFOH StarsWelcome guests with a grin and provide friendly, genuine customer serviceTake orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and serve meals and drinksDeliver meals with flair and ensure every guest feels welcomed, well cared for and leaves with a smileMaintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurantWork efficiently during busy service periodsHelp ensure every guest leaves eager to return for more of our tasty burgersWhat We're Looking ForWe're ideally looking for experienced hospitality team members who have previous experience in either FOH or BOH.We're looking for passionate, team-oriented individuals with a hunger for great food and even better vibes.You'll ideally have:Experience in either FOH, BOH or bothA positive, energetic and genuine "can do attitude"A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck inThe ability to work well as part of a teamThe ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environmentA strong focus on cleanliness, presentation and qualityGreat communication and customer service skills for FOH rolesA passion for people, food and creating a great guest experienceFOH applicants with a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification are preferred.If your experience is stronger in one area but you're interested in learning and developing skills across both FOH and BOH, we'd also love to hear from you.What's In It For You?
