This is an outstanding prospect to take on a key management role within a flagship, high-volume venue.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead from the front, inspire a large service team, and help drive operational excellence across restaurant and function operations.
You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of one of Sydney's most successful casual dining venues.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and motivate a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service every shiftDrive service excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and function environmentOversee daily operations, ensuring presentation, service and compliance standards are consistently achievedManage the guest journey from reservations through to service deliverySupport rostering,



labour management and operational efficienciesWork collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless serviceMonitor performance and contribute to achieving revenue and operational targetsFoster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on accountability and developmentMaintain strong standards across RSA, RCG, WHS and venue compliance requirementsAbout YouYou are a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in busy, service-driven environments and enjoys managing large teams while delivering outstanding guest experiences.2-3 years' experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership roleProven success leading teams in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality or premium casual dining environmentA strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership approachExperience managing large guest numbers and multi-faceted service operationsStrong food and beverage knowledge, including bar operationsDemonstrated ability to train, coach and develop team membersExcellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skillsA passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periodsCurrent RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Us?
