Monash Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker Grade 3 for SECADA to provide intake, assessment and counselling for people with alcohol and other drug concerns in Melbourne's southeast.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team.You will bring at least two years of post-qualifying clinical experience, robust assessment and risk skills, and a commitment to harm minimisation and person-centred
