Skillset is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client's team in Dubbo.

About You
You're a trade-qualified Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys variety in your day.
You're reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working across a range of fabrication and welding projects.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Trade qualifications in Fabrication, Boilermaking or WeldingExperience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding processesThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipA current Driver LicenceA positive attitude and strong work ethicForklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities




Perform welding and fabrication work across a range of projectsFabricate and assemble components from technical drawingsWork with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminiumCarry out repairs, modifications and general workshop dutiesOperate fabrication machinery and workshop equipmentMaintain a safe and organised work environmentCompetitive hourly rate based on experiencePermanent full-time position with long-term stabilityMonthly RDOs and regular overtime opportunities
