We're working with a business scaling an advanced connected hardware product into production.
They need a Production Engineer to lead engineering change and tester procedures for current and legacy products, own failure analysis and reliability work, and support production-line teams as they deploy testers on manufacturing sites abroad.What You'll BringSeveral years in a similar production-support or manufacturing engineering roleSolid understanding of how production-line testers are designed and maintainedStrong grounding in electronic design across analogue, digital and radioWorking knowledge of PCB/PCBA design and assembly, batteries, RF, IR,



and ATE-based testingConfident communicator in English, written and verbal, including reporting to managementUsed to working in a matrixed, cross-cultural, global organisationGenuinely hands-on with hardware, embedded interfaces, networking and debuggingAlso ValuedFamiliarity with SQA processes and LabVIEWBackground with RF or other connected/smart product technologySome exposure to manufacturing databases or production data pipelinesExperience coordinating with subcontractors and manufacturing partners on tester or prototype partsIf you thrive on solving production-floor problems that actually matter, and want ownership over how testers get deployed at scale, get in touch.
