About the RoleOur client is seeking a specialized Rotating Equipment Engineer to join their technical team, offering a remote work arrangement.

You will provide expert technical support for the selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of turbines, compressors, pumps, and other vital equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute valuable expertise to complex projects from anywhere, supporting asset integrity and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise for the specification, selection, and procurement of rotating equipment.Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including condition monitoring and preventative maintenance programs.Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.Review and approve vendor technical documentation, drawings, and proposals.Collaborate with maintenance, operations,



and project teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.Stay current with industry standards, technologies, and best practices for rotating machinery.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically focused on rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas or process industries.In-depth knowledge of various types of rotating equipment (e.g., centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, pumps).
