Lynwood Country Club is the place locals choose any day or night of the week for relaxed dining with a quality menu.We have indoor and outdoor dining overlooking North-West Sydney's premier golfing facility and are open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
To be considered for the role you need to have a relevant industry qualification and at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.Skills & ExperienceMust display excellent prep, cooking and plating skillsStrong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishesDemonstrate a keen interest in growing food trends and techniquesAbility to contribute to menu planning,



food cost estimation and food cost controlWork with the management team on food preparation and seasonal menu planningStock orderingLabour cost control and assist the owners with rosteringA sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHSImmaculate presentation and groomingAbility to handle large service numbersAbove average customer care and service skillsNeeds to be able to train our junior team on cooking techniques and proceduresAssist with staff hiring and trainingPlanning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food suppliesDiscuss customer requirements and request with the frost on house team YOU MUST BEAvailable nights, weekends and school holidays.Flexible-Positive with a can-do attitudeWilling to join our team and be part of something great!
