An exciting full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join Porsche Centre Melbourne in Collingwood.This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive parts professional ready to take the next step in their career and support the leadership, performance and growth of the Parts Department.About the RoleReporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department across retail, internal, wholesale and trade sales.You will lead and mentor the Parts Team, drive customer service and sales outcomes, support inventory control and act as the first level of cover for the Group Parts Manager when required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Group Parts Manager with daily department operationsLead, mentor and support the Parts TeamAct as cover for the Group Parts Manager when requiredIdentify, source and supply genuine Porsche partsManage retail, wholesale, trade and internal parts salesBuild solid customer relationships and maximise sales opportunitiesSupport sales targets, KPIs and continuous improvementAssist with inventory, stocktakes, ordering and freight managementManage warranty, returns and parts administrationProvide technical parts advice to customers and workshop staffAssist with payroll and relevant team administrationMaintain high standards of customer service,
