Sephora is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) for our brand‐recent Hurstville store in Sydney.
This full‐time leadership role oversees a 20+ beauty advisor team and drives a premium client experience in a high‐volume luxury retail setting.You will lead strategic initiatives, coach staff to exceed sales targets, manage stock and visual merchandising, and use data to guide decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager.
On‐floor leadership and ongoing development are essential.
