Gema Group is opening Newcastle's next favourite coffee spot at McDonald Jones Stadium next month, and we're on the hunt for baristas to join us as we bring exceptional coffee to this exciting current venue.

What we're looking for:
An energetic people person with a genuine passion for coffee
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Barista experience and solid know-how across all things coffee
Availability for early starts (5am) and weekends
Confident working independently

Previous experience working as a barista
The ability to make consistently high-quality coffee, shift after shift
A genuine morning person who's ready to hit the ground running
We're looking to fill multiple casual barista positions, with plenty of hours available for the right candidates.
There are lots of opportunities available, whether you're after steady, regular shifts or something a little more flexible.
