Our Yatala glass site is a brand new, state of the art facility utilising fully automated machinery and systems to produce glass bottles and packaging for a wide range of leading businesses.

We are seeking Re-Sort and Pallet/Packaging Operators to work on a set day, afternoon or night shift.
These roles will see you working on the final stages of the production line, assisting with the palletising/packing of the finished product and ensuring that its quality meets Visy's high standards.What you'll do every day:Regular manual handling tasks including stacking, lifting and basic troubleshootingQuality Assurance/inspection of both product and palletsMonitoring of packaging machinery and ensuring smooth production flowMaintaining a clean and safe workplace at all timesUse of computer systems to track products and maintain accurate records (Re-Sort Operator only)Use of forklift to move pallets when required (Pallet Operator only)What our successful candidates possess:Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environmentA good level of physical fitness - able to carry out repetitive manual handling tasks with a focus on safetyStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality standardsA great work and team attitude – reliable, keen to learn and develop new skillsA white card is a current requirementA current forklift licence is highly desirableWhy should you join Visy?
