Our client is seeking a hands‐on WHS Advisor to support safety across their high-volume fulfilment centre on a 3-month contract.
You'll work closely with operations leaders and frontline teams to keep people protected and strengthen their safety systems.Key responsibilitiesConduct site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification across receiving, picking, packing and dispatchLead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-upReview and update SWMS, SOPs and safety procedures in line with WHS legislationSupport traffic management, MHE (forklift/LLOP) safety and manual handling initiativesDeliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety trainingReport on safety performance and trends to site managementAbout youCert IV in WHS (minimum); Diploma or higher desirableExperience in warehousing, logistics or distributionSolid working knowledge of WHS Act and RegulationsConfident engaging with teams on the floor and at leadership levelAvailable to start immediately or at short notice
