We are looking for an experienced and qualified candidate to join our kitchen team.Key responsibilitiesPleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experienceSet up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipmentServes meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchenAdheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required; and maintains appropriate dating, labelling, and rotation of all food itemsEnsuring that food health and safety regulations are followedPreparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishesPortioning food, placing it on plates,



and adding gravies, sauces and garnishesAttends to the detail and presentation of each orderSeasoning food during cookingCheck quality of ingredientsAbout youCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade level qualificationAt least 05 years of experiences as a CookKnowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipmentAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a team environmentThe ability to follow recipesExcellent physical condition and stamina
