Primo Foods is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team based in Greenacre.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customer needs, supporting activities across pricing, orders, queries, campaigns, issue management, customer maintenance and claims investigations.
This role plays a key role in coordinating customer support activities, ensuring accurate order management and maintaining strong relationships across customers and internal business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders accurately and respond to order-related enquiries in a timely mannerService existing customers by responding to product and service-related enquiriesResolve customer issues by identifying concerns, providing solutions, expediting corrections and following through to completionBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and supportSupport Sales teams with customer enquiries, data entry, and claims resolution activitiesAssist Distribution Centre teams with order processing, delivery requirements, and prioritisation requestsCollaborate with internal stakeholders regarding stock availability and potential shortagesMaintain customer records,
