Earned Value Management and Critical Path AnalysisSupport Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planningDevelop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverablesPrepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reportsCompile benchmarking and historical planning data to support future project deliveryPromote and contribute to a strong planning and project controls culture across the businessChampion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all aspects of project deliveryAbout YouRelevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification, or equivalent industry experienceDemonstrated experience in a Planning/Scheduling role within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewable energy projectsStrong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectHigh level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path AnalysisExperience in delay impact analysis and project performance reportingAbility to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholdersStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsA collaborative team player with a commitment to safety and continuous improvementOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
