Selection Criteria:Previous experience in a manufacturing workplace or working on a farm environment would be highly regardedPhysical fitness to maintain a moderate level of manual labourAbility to work well in a teamForklift (LF) Ticket or experience preferredFront End Loader (LL) Ticket or experience would also be an advantage, but not essentialAgSolutions prides itself on providing a comprehensive induction and on-the-job training.
