Investing heavily in their Australian operations the business is experiencing significant and consistent year on year growth.This is a senior role on the Finance Leadership Team, with real influence across the business.
You'll lead FP&A;, Procurement and Supply Chain Finance, and Shared Services, and act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team.
You'll also play a key part in building a scalable, technology-enabled finance function.The ChallengeReporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Own the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term strategic planning cycles, building models that show how operational drivers affect profit, cash and the balance sheetProduce accurate, insightful performance reporting and commentary for the executive teamIdentify the key risks and opportunitiesAct as the senior finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, covering spend analysis, supplier negotiations,



logistics costs and make-versus-buy decisionsIndependently validate procurement and supply chain savings to make sure perks are real, measurable and sustainableLead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, strengthening service standards, controls and process efficiencyOwn working capital performance and cash flow forecastingDrive automation, standardisation and data improvements across planning, reporting and transactional financeLead, coach and develop a high-performing team across analysis, business partnering and shared servicesThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related disciplineCA/CPA qualificationSignificant senior finance experience across FP&A;, commercial finance, supply chain finance or finance operationsA proven record of leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance reportingExperience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations, and overseeing working capital or Shared ServicesAdvanced financial modelling and scenario analysis skillsFMCG or high-volume manufacturing experience highly regardedSAP or comparable ERP experience, plus exposure to planning, BI and automation toolsStrong people leadership, and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
