We are working with an established business in the transport and heavy fabrication industry that is looking for an experienced Leading Hand Boilermaker to join their team in Rocklea.This is a permanent Monday–Friday position paying $50–$55 per hour + bonuses, with the opportunity to step into a hands-on Leading Hand role.You'll remain on the tools while helping lead a team of Boilermakers, coordinate daily workshop activities and provide technical guidance.

transport equipment or heavy fabricationStrong MIG and/or TIG welding skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skillsGood communication and leadership skillsA robust focus on safety and qualityPrevious Leading Hand or supervisory experience is highly regardedDon't have Leading Hand experience but ready to take the next step?
