Job Description
The Family Co. in Sydney, NSW, seeks an Early Support and Wellbeing Worker to lead the development, delivery and evaluation of early intervention and wellbeing programs for children, young people and families.
You will collaborate with schools, services and community groups to identify needs and strengthen referral pathways.
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related field, experience delivering group programs, trauma-informed practice, and solid record-keeping are required.
