We're looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.You'll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly — supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.What you'll be doingManaging jobs and workflows using UptickRaising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job statusCoordinating compliance documents,



reports and service recordsSupporting Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requestsLiaising with internal teams and external customers as neededGeneral administration support for the Fire businessWhat we're looking forPrevious admin experience within fire, construction, trades or servicesStrong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentationGood communication skills and a practical, team-focused approachAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStable, long-term role within a well-established Fire businessSupportive team setting with clear systems and processesOpportunity to make a real impact supporting frontline fire services workPlease note: To be considered for this role, you must hold unrestricted Australian working rights.
