We are a family-run gift hamper company located in Kensington, Victoria looking for a motivated, level-headed person to join us in a casual capacity for ***** hours per week from November through till X'mas.
We are looking for someone to work Monday thru Friday.We want to meet you if you have these skills:Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via emailAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholdersPrint and allocate online orders via shopifyProcess phone and email ordersMake and dispatch gift hampersEmail or Use Suppliers online ordering system to make orders under direction from managementProcess Invoices through XeroAssist with generating recent sales/gift ideasBe responsible for tracking and following up any issues with gift deliveriesManage customer expectationsWe are looking for a person who:Is enthusiastic,
