Job Description
Sureway's National Contact Centre in Australia is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant to handle inbound calls, manage enquiries, bookings, and emails from across the country.
You'll work from our Wagga Wagga Head Office with full training on our systems and processes.
No industry experience is required, just the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping people.
Hours are Monday–Friday (8am–7pm window) with some part time options; shifts vary and a pattern will be found to suit individual
