Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, ensuring accurate entry into OracleManage invoice approvals and the AP workflow within OracleAdminister corporate credit cards and employee expense claims via ConcurPrepare domestic and overseas pay runs (including multiple currencies)Manage intercompany netting processesMonitor and manage the shared AP inboxReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies or queriesManage purchase orders and perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, proof of receipt)Respond to AP enquiries via phone, email, and in personProvide Accounts Receivable backup support during leave periodsFinancial Reporting: Assist with preparation of financial reports and management reports.Month-End Support: Support the senior finance team during the month-end closing process.Auditing & Compliance: Gather and organise documents for internal and external audits as well as tax under supervision.Perform general administrative and ad hoc finance tasks as requiredAbout YouWorking parents returning to the workforce while managing school drop-offs and pick-ups are welcome to apply.
