You will prepare and cook various international dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality production for airline services.You will work on a 38-hour weekly roster in a busy open-plan kitchen workplace, with a strong background in food manufacturing or large venues and a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
