Foxy Home Staging is building its first dedicated sales function, and we're looking for the person who can both run it today and lead it tomorrow.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to walk into an established sales team, inherit a polished process and simply manage what's already there.
There is no finished playbook yet.
We want someone who gets excited about building it: helping to write it, test it and prove it works.
We average around 300 warm enquiries a month, mostly referred by real estate agents across South East Queensland.
On top of that, a growing number of homeowner leads now come through our Meta ads.
These are earlier in their decision and need more nurturing to convert.
Right now, leads get quoted, often with minimal follow-up and not enough on-site consults.
Your job is to own that pipeline, lift conversion across both lead types, and help build the sales system around it.

What you'll be doing
Day to day
Responding quickly to inbound enquiries from agents and home sellers
Running discovery calls and explaining our staging recommendations
Conducting in-home consultations and turning them into booked jobs
Following up every quote with a transparent cadence until there's a yes or no
Re-engaging past quotes, clients and agents that have gone quiet




Managing your pipeline and CRM so every lead has a next step
Tracking your own activity and win rates and reporting weekly
Building the function
Taking the proven sales framework we've invested in and adapting it into Foxy's scripts, objection handling and follow-up sequences
Helping decide which leads should always get a consult, and why
Setting up basic dashboards for quote volume, consult share and win rate, and using them to improve performance
Coaching our existing consult stylist and future hires on the process
Over time, stepping into a formal Sales Manager role as the team grows
Who we're looking for
You're a consultative salesperson who is just as comfortable in someone's living room as you are on the phone.
You're competitive, but you don't need to be pushy.
You're persistent without becoming annoying.
And hearing "no" doesn't ruin your afternoon.
You have:
Experience in in-home or face-to-face sales (e.g. property, renovations, solar, kitchens, bathrooms, windows or similar)
A track record of converting supplied leads, both warm referrals and colder inbound or ad-generated leads, not just hunting from scratch
Confidence talking money with both homeowners and real estate agents
Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
Openness to call recording, coaching and regular role-play to sharpen your game
A current driver's licence and your own car
You don't need property styling experience.
We'll teach you the product.
We care that you can sell, learn and improve.
How you'll be rewarded
$*****K base + super + vehicle allowance, plus performance bonuses tied to lifting conversion and building the sales function.
OTE $125K+, with upside as you grow the team.
