About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Residential Architect to join their team in Queenstown .
This role involves designing and managing residential projects from initial client consultations through to final construction.
You will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant home designs tailored to client needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, vision, and budget.
Develop detailed architectural designs, floor plans, and elevations for new homes and renovations.
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and permit applications.
Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the construction phase.




Perform site visits to ensure construction quality and adherence to design intent.
Requirements
Professional qualification as an Architect.
Minimum of 4 years of experience focused on residential architecture.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and materials in South Africa.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
