You will be responsible for:
Preparing and pricing tenders on projects.
Manage timing and resources to ensure timely completion.
Provide accurate and concise cost estimates
Calculate and manage costs of materials and works.
Site Inspections
Must Have:
Experience in Remedial & Residential Projects
Estimating experience and technical knowledge of Construction
Experiencein meeting delivery targets within required time frames.
Pricing, Rates, and ProductKnowledge within remedial.
Ability to work autonomously
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Construction Management Tertiary Qualification
