We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join Territory True Pty Ltd.
The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a strong passion for food, demonstrated food preparation and cooking skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
This role requires a hands-on approach, the ability to work collaboratively with café and kitchen staff, and a focus on preparing and cooking consistent, high-quality meals while maintaining appropriate standards of food presentation, hygiene and secure food handling.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to café standards and recipes.
Checking food quality, taste, presentation and portion sizes.




Keeping the kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organised.
Following food safety and hygiene procedures and using kitchen equipment safely.
Monitoring stock and advising management when supplies need replenishing.
Working with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
Supporting participants to develop practical workplace and hospitality skills.
Applicants must have:
Relevant trade qualification AQF Certificate IV with at least one year of relevant experience.
Alternatively, at least three years of full-time relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
Sound food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time during busy periods.
Ability to work effectively with other team members.
A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate
