Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Marian, working within a busy mill production setting.This role offers an immediate start, consistent full-time hours, and the chance to become a team member with a respected local manufacturer.About the RoleAs a Mill Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping the mill running smoothly and efficiently.
Your day will include:Operating and monitoring production and milling equipmentPreparing and loading raw materials for productionConducting regular quality checks and recording production dataAssisting with product sampling, packing, and dispatchPerforming general cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areasFollowing safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe workplaceOperating Forklifts loading and unloading onto trucksOperating the WeighbridgeWhat We're Looking ForExperience in production, manufacturing, agriculture,
