About the Role:
As a Fishing Sales Sales Assistant, you will be the support for all things fishing.
Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques,



and tackle optionsMerchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealingStay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technologyDeliver outstanding customer service to ensure a excellent shopping experience
Who Are We Looking For:
Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging mannerWillingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and teamAbility to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environmentPrevious Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast-paced environment
