Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the Dry Goods team to ensure daily operations run smoothlyAllocating tasks and providing guidance to team membersEnsuring stock is available, rotated correctly, and stored in the correct locationsMonitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control activitiesMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised work areaFollowing company policies, procedures, and WHS requirementsCommunicating effectively with Supervisors and other departmentsAssisting with training, coaching, and supporting team membersAbout youYou're a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
You'll bring:Experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (advantageous)Positive computer skills and confidence using systems for stock/admin tasksStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work as part of a team and lead othersStrong attention to detailCommitment to safety and following workplace procedures
