About the role:As the face of the firm, the team is looking for someone professional, cheerful and friendly to join their collegiate, supportive team.
A normal day would see you performing the following firm-critical duties:Providing exceptional client service, including welcoming clients and offering refreshments.Managing reception tasks such as answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.Preparing meeting rooms for client appointments,



ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.Assisting the Accounts department with basic Trust and General receipting on a daily basis - something new for you to add to your existing skillset.Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.About you:Experience in a law firm: You know the ropes and can hit the ground running in a Legal Receptionist role.Exceptional client service skills: You're warm, professional, and make every client feel valued.Proactivity and adaptability: You're always ready to lend a hand and tackle new challenges.Team player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?
