The OpportunityWe're urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the EAST REGION.
In this rewarding role, you'll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.What You'll Be DoingProviding social support, companionship, and meaningful engagementDelivering personal care with dignity and respectSupporting with domestic tasksCommunity AccessWhat You'll GetOngoing support from experienced mentors and team leadersPaid induction and continuous trainingRegular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, between 9am–6pm)Minimum 3-4 days availability requiredWhat We're Looking ForCaring, empathetic,



and reliable individualsWillingness to learn and growCert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)Disability/Aged Care experienceDriver's licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCCLumia Care is a leading Australian healthcare provider with 65+ years of experience and a growing national presence.
